We are seeking a proactive and versatile
HR Generalist
to join our team in Spain. The position requires a good understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring that HR policies, processes, and initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively in the Country.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and issues.
Talent Management & Development
Partner with managers to identify training and development needs.
Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Facilitate performance review processes.
Recruitment & Employer Branding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners where necessary.
Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand in the region.
HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or Law. A postgraduate qualification or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and / or Administration will be considered a plus.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
good knowledge of Spanish labor law
Fluency in English (mandatory); Experience with
Workday HRIS
or other HR systems is preferred.
Exposure to multi-country HR practices and European projects.
