Main responsibilities : Academic and operational coordination of the Language Institute

Management of training offerings, faculty, and academic calendar

Student and faculty support

Administrative and academic follow-up tasks

Promotion and student recruitment

Coordination with other CEU departments for project development

Requirements : University degree (preferably in Philology, Translation, Education, Applied Languages or similar)

Additional training or certification in languages, with at least C1 level in English

Previous experience : In educational or academic environments, preferably in language center management

Valued skills : Administrative management, team coordination, and academic planning

Commercial skills and customer orientation

Proficiency in digital tools for management and communication

Ability to work independently and in teams, initiative, and service vocation
