We need an Interim COO who loves action, owns the details, and gets people rowing in the same direction. Young team, big energy, vamos.
The Role
- Run the integration day to day and keep revenue moving
- Set a simple weekly rhythm with clear KPIs and OKRs everyone follows
- Turn two tool stacks into one clean setup across CRM, order to cash, support, and reporting
- Map the team, keep the stars, and make the tough calls kindly and quickly
- Tighten pricing and handoffs so sales, onboarding, and support feel like one flow
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the founder and help us land the CRO
