Overview We are searching a PERSONAL ASSISTANT for the CEO for an international company located in Madrid (Spain).
Your mission will be to manage his agenda as well as the management of leisure, cultural and travel events, offering a wow experience in all its phases.

Curating and coordinating travel experiences :
Itinerary planning
Book flights and accommodations
Arrange activities
Provide valuable recommendations to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable trip
Experience in international travels management.
Other complementary services at destination
Events&Meeting Assistant :
Planning and schedule meetings and manage calendars
Organize events and conferences.
Follow up of tasks and deadlines.
Budgeting
Personal and professional agenda management
