Descripción del trabajo3-5 years of AI development experience, focusing on LLMs and conversational AI systems. Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines with LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems. Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex. Strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking. Background in data engineering, including pipelines and preprocessing. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI architecture. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus. What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer…
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and automation tools that enhance user engagement.
- Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate responses.
- Establish infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions.
- Prototype and iterate on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions quickly.
- Stay updated with NLP, LLMs, and AI advancements, applying cutting-edge techniques.
- Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative solutions.
