Senior Manager, Compensation, APAC
Provides oversight of the Compensation function in APAC, focusing on market competitiveness and internal pay equity. Manages cyclical and off-cycle promotional and equity increases, and supports P&C Services in administering compensation, equity, and bonus or incentive programs as required. Leads the team in researching market trends and oversees participation in salary surveys to keep compensation programs current and competitive.
Common Accountabilities :
Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams. Influences resource allocation, budget, and policy planning, and develops concrete plans for team members.
Maintains a mid / long-term vision of activities and business, influencing departmental strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment. Handles complex decision-making processes.
Works autonomously based on management directives, escalating issues only when necessary.
Key Functional Accountabilities :
Lead the design and implementation of strategic Rewards initiatives, including Salary & Bonus Cycle, Grading, and Share Programs, to motivate employees.
Manage comprehensive rewards projects such as off-cycle adjustments and market competitiveness studies, ensuring relevance and compliance.
Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis to identify and address pay gaps within the organization.
Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to align rewards programs with corporate goals and regulatory standards.
Guide and develop team members through structured training in compensation strategy and regulatory compliance.
