At ERNI, we’re looking for an IT Systems Analyst to support chromatography application systems used in pharmaceutical laboratories worldwide. You’ll step in as IT System Lead (Deputy), collaborating with global chromatography services staff, IT teams, and scientists to ensure the smooth operation of critical lab software systems. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of chromatography platforms used for drug development and analysis.

What will you do? Act as IT System Lead (Deputy) for chromatography systems used in labs globally
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across IT, lab operations, and compliance
Create and maintain System Lifecycle (SLC) documentation and support audits
Troubleshoot incidents, lead root cause analysis, and propose long-term solutions
Ensure systems are validated and aligned with regulatory expectations
Identify areas for improvement and proactively support system evolution
What will you bring? Solid experience working with MS SQL Server, Microsoft Windows, and Terminal Server technologies
Understanding of computer system validation and FDA GxP regulations
Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills, with the ability to manage corrective actions and support audits
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in global and multicultural environments
Experience in international projects, and awareness of cultural differences
Programming or development skills are a strong plus
Fluency in English is required; German is highly valued
Degree in Information Technology or Life Sciences
