Join us to drive the FSP 360 business across assigned accounts, collaborating with business development and operational leads to deliver profitable growth and ensure contracted services meet customer expectations. This role may involve travel up to 50%.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the strategic aspects of the Global Functional Service Provider (FSP) models, partnering with business development and operations to achieve target revenue and profitability.

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for FSP offerings, communicating with senior leaders and customers to ensure alignment with contracts and expectations.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to advance business goals.

Translate strategic priorities into operational plans, with clear accountabilities, resources, and measurement to achieve sustainable results.

Provide strategic direction for assigned customer groups to drive growth of the FSP model within Syneos Health, collaborating with EVP / VP and BU leaders as needed.

Oversee executive-level reviews and oversight of FSP functions to ensure operational excellence.

Execute on global multi-year business plans for FSP offerings and support Business Development strategies to secure awards and market share.

Collaborate with functional operations to refine FSP strategy and review proposals for assigned business units.

Provide insights on progress of FSP projects through analysis of utilization, timelines, financial data and overall metrics; contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Manage escalations and mentor teams; represent the company at professional meetings as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned and travel as required.

Qualifications

BA / BS in business management, life sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MBA or higher degree preferred.

Experience managing financial and operational aspects of functional areas.

Thorough knowledge of operations, finance, and the pharmaceutical / biopharma industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to mentor senior staff and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
