Integration Architect Team Leader

Overview In our EMEA division, we are looking for a visionary leader to guide our IT Integration Platform team. As the Integration Architect team leader, you will spearhead the planning, design, and architecture of our EMEA Integration platform. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between IT and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of priorities and progress. The role can be based in Aliaxis Spain (Alicante or Madrid area) or in our IT hub, Wroclaw, Poland.

Responsibilities Serve as the integration expert across solutions in multiple functional domains (Sales / Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design.

Leverage the shared / enterprise integration platform and services to build integration solutions, interacting with in-country IT teams and internal business clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor the Aliaxis integration platform and maintain an efficient technical environment with adherence to security standards.

Promote adoption and implementation of integration best practices, and standard design principles and technology.

Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Provide a clear plan and multi-year roadmap.

Requirements Senior experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role, leading an IT Integration development team delivering integrations in multiple styles & domains (process, data, on-premise, cloud, hybrid, Robotic Process Automation, APIs, Event Driven, etc.).

Hands-on experience in building enterprise integration solutions from scratch.

Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP integration suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, etc.).

Understanding of messaging standards & protocols (SOAP / REST, JMS, AMQP, XML / JSON, etc.).

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
