For our Spanish office in Barcelona we are currently looking for a

Accountant Property Management

Upload the corresponding Property Management invoices inside VGP´s program (AFM)

Invoicing tenants

Re-invoicing supplies tenants / construction companies

Re-invoicing corrective invoices tenants / construction companies

Reconciliation of tenant expenses

Upload maintenance contracts to program and update them yearly

Remittance management (payments / receipts)

Communication with tenants on administrative issues

Update of deposits

Follow up and claiming with tenants of guarantees agreed in contracts

Follow-up of tenants' claims

Sending all Property Management invoices to accounts

Supporting the team when someone is travelling

Communication with suppliers, administrative side

Control the organization of the Property Management network

Our requirements :

Studies demonstrating the experience and knowledge to perform the required in the job description

Previous experience in administration

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Structured way of working, social competence and ability to work in a team
