DESCRIPTION

We are looking to incorporate an Investment Manager into our team.

Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will play a key role in the analysis, execution, and monitoring of real estate investment opportunities, with a special focus on the German market . Your mission will be to identify, structure, and follow through real estate transactions that contribute to the growth and value creation of Korzo IM’s managed portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include :

Identifying, analyzing, and underwriting real estate investment opportunities, primarily in Germany.
Preparing financial models, cash flows, and investment scenarios, assessing risk and return profiles.
Preparing and presenting investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
Managing due diligence processes (legal & technical) in coordination with advisors.
Leading transaction execution from LOI to closing, including negotiation support with sellers, investors, and financing institutions.
Supporting the Asset & Property Management team in monitoring the performance of acquired assets, ensuring alignment with business plans.
Supporting the development of ESG-aligned investment strategies and initiatives.
Acting as a point of contact for German market stakeholders (brokers, advisors, investors, counterparties).

REQUIREMENTS

Academic background : preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. A postgraduate degree (MBA, Master in Real Estate) will be considered a plus.

Languages : high-level English and German (spoken and written) are required. Spanish is a plus but not required.

Minimum experience : 5–7 years in real estate investments, ideally with direct exposure to the German market. Experience in acquisitions, asset underwriting, or investment execution is highly valued.

Solid financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, combined with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
