The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Mydatafactory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our international enterprise clients. We are looking for an experienced professional (7+ years in the software industry) who is fluent in French and Spanish .
- You will build and nurture strong customer relationships, guide clients through product adoption, and help us further professionalize our CSM practice.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international enterprise clients.Act as the trusted advisor for clients, aligning our solutions with their business goals.Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure successful product adoption.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback.Develop tailored customer success plans and proactively monitor customer health metrics.Collaborate with product and development teams to drive enhancements based on client feedback.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Contribute to building and improving CSM processes, and provide input into company strategy from a CSM perspective.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).7+ years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management.Fluent in French and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong analytical and technical skills to understand and explain product details.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Experience in driving customer retention and account growth.Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, and evolving team environment.A customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach.Relevant certifications in Customer Success or SaaS products are a plus.Why Join Mydatafactory?
