About Our Client
Our client is a well-established affiliate network and digital marketing company specializing in lead generation for the iGaming industry. They are known for their data-driven approach, high-quality product portfolio, and long-term growth mindset. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the VP of Commercial and play a key role in strengthening and elevating the commercial function.
The Role
This is a senior commercial position where you will take ownership of key affiliate partnerships, drive measurable revenue growth, and secure new strategic accounts. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimised top partnerships : Taken ownership of high-value affiliate accounts, strengthened relationships beyond day-to-day affiliate managers, and renegotiated deals to improve profitability and align with business strategy.
- Driven measurable revenue growth : Identified and executed upsell, cross-sell, and repricing opportunities to unlock incremental revenue, backed by clear data insights.
- Brought in new strategic accounts and channels : Secured high-value partners in priority markets and categories, demonstrating the ability to land complex and commercially significant deals.
- Embedded a performance-led approach : Applied a more analytical and commercially focused way of working, using data to track profitability, identify opportunities, and prioritize resources.
- Shaped strategy and propositions : Provided feedback and insights from partners and the market to influence product positioning, commercial direction, and sales / marketing priorities.
Requirements
Proven business development experience within the iGaming industry (ideally from an affiliate network).Established network across English-speaking markets, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to drive growth.Strong track record of negotiating, optimizing, and closing commercial deals at a senior level.Skilled in building long-term, strategic partnerships with affiliates and operators.Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).What’s on Offer
