Senior Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Acquisitions Specialist to lead strategic acquisitions in Spain.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end acquisition process, from origination to execution and integration

Manage multiple live deals simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maximum value creation

Conduct thorough financial due diligence, build complex financial models, and support negotiations with key stakeholders

Drive the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually, maximizing returns on investment

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless deal execution

Qualifications

Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or private equity

Strong expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with strong academic credentials
