The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (WordPress) to take ownership of the design, optimization, and management of our product pages, websites, and content hubs.
This is a marketing-focused role with strong technical WordPress expertise. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing product pages with a sharp eye on SEO, CRO, and user experience. From managing blog content and resources to collaborating on SEO-driven strategies, you’ll play a key role in growing our organic visibility and turning traffic into conversions.
You won’t be coding complex features, but you need to be fully comfortable working with WordPress (Elementor, plugins, themes) and handling on-page SEO while collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists.
We’re flexible : this role can be remote or hybrid (Barcelona-based).
What We’re Looking For Must-haves 3+ years of experience working with WordPress (daily management + technical aspects).
Proficiency in page builders like Elementor.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO (keywords, headings, metadata, internal linking).
Familiarity with technical SEO (site speed, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, canonical tags).
Experience designing SEO- and CRO-optimized product pages.
Ability to analyze SEO performance and propose data-driven improvements.
Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for light adjustments.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice to have Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Familiarity with Yoast SEO or similar plugins.
Experience working with freelance copywriters or managing content calendars.
Past collaboration with SEO or performance marketing teams.
Experience running A / B tests on landing pages.
Responsibilities Design, optimize, and maintain product pages, blogs, and content resources in WordPress.
Ensure SEO best practices across all pages (on-page + technical).
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to plan and publish editorial calendars.
Manage and optimize website plugins, themes, and performance (loading speed, security, updates).
Track and analyze organic KPIs (traffic, CTR, bounce rate, conversions).
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to bring conversion-driven content to life.
Continuously experiment with CRO improvements (layouts, CTAs, content formats).
