Overview
Join Fever as a Brand Activation Team Lead to help shape Fever’s presence at events, conferences, trade shows, and institutional activations. You will translate brand and institutional priorities into high-impact physical presence and engagement strategies, collaborating with communications, marketing, design, external vendors, and institutional partners to ensure seamless execution across markets.
Role Summary
As a Brand Activation Team Lead, you will conceptualize, coordinate, and oversee the production and execution of Fever’s participation in events, ensuring that activations reinforce Fever’s reputation and foster strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Fever’s brand presence in institutional and public affairs-related events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts, messaging, and physical experiences aligned with brand strategy and institutional goals.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and production efforts for activations across multiple markets.
- Liaise with event organizers, public institutions, production agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
- Supervise the delivery of assets and materials (booth designs, printed materials, staging, brand kits, etc.) on time and within budget.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event elements and touchpoints.
- Build internal toolkits and documentation to systematize execution for future activations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including impact assessment, lessons learned, and reporting on KPIs.
- Anticipate and resolve potential operational or reputational issues before and during events.
- Identify new opportunities to elevate Fever’s brand in institutional environments and recommend new forums or formats for presence.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, or institutional communications.Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Proven experience working with production agencies and vendors.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling real-world experiences.High level of autonomy, accountability, and creative problem-solving.Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).Nice to have
Experience in cultural, tech, tourism, or institutional environments.Familiarity with public-sector event formats, regulations, or bidding processes.Background in communications, marketing, design production, or public relations.Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and startup environments.Benefits & Perks
