About the Role :

In this role, you will facilitate and ensure the success of international client projects and internal strategic and transformation initiatives by continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. As part of the Project Management Team , you will collaborate with cross-border teams, supporting global business lines across industries and ensuring coordination and communication across all stakeholders. The team drives efficiency, defines project management models, and identifies optimisation opportunities. Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end delivery of internal consulting projects, structuring complex problems, developing robust fact bases, articulating insights, refining recommendations with key stakeholders, and communicating outcomes.
• Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget.
• Establish project structures, governance, and manage key stakeholders.
• Set the pace in projects and / or communities, engage stakeholders, and ensure actions are tracked to drive progress and efficiently meet objectives.
• Organize, prepare and manage meetings and workshops applying relevant techniques for insightful results.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients and management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies within the PMO team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide coaching to team members.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
