THE ROLE

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency and managing key projects across the company. This position requires a strong understanding of KPIs, data analysis, process mapping, SQL, Python, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing both high-level and back-office projects, and ensuring that all initiatives align with our business goals. This role will report directly to the COO and work closely with all departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and successful project implementation.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end projects in areas such as back-office operations and supply chain, taking full ownership from definition to implementation.
• Support high-level projects led by department heads, providing necessary integration and coordination while the ownership remains at a higher level.
• Create detailed process maps to visually represent workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in process optimization, data analysis, and project management.
