We're seeking a Maintenance CRM Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of client CRM solutions, managing system configurations, and providing advanced support to keep everything running efficiently.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Tickets : Resolve advanced issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.
• Change Management : Monitor system changes, manage permissions, and maintain security.
• System Maintenance : Handle data imports / exports and troubleshoot cron job errors.
• Configuration and Customization : Implement system adjustments, manage dispatches, and oversee user settings.
• Client Engagement : Build strong client relationships and understand their unique system needs.
