Compensation : €2,500 - €3,000 / month

As a CRM Automation Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our CRM operations, working closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams. Your mission? To ensure seamless CRM performance, optimize audience segmentation, and craft high-impact automated workflows.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage CRM databases, define audiences in the platform, or import them from external databases.
  • Create and manage workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes for different marketing campaigns.
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing campaigns. brief creation, content & translation requests, quality assurance, and campaign execution. (e.g., increasing claims and subscriptions, promoting seasonal campaigns, upselling activities, etc.).
  • Review and fix campaign issues.
  • Track campaign performance : Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you :

  • Proven experience in working with email marketing and messaging automation tools. (Bloomreach, Iterable, HubSpot, SFMC or similar)
  • Demonstrable CRM experience on AB testing, segmentation and targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
  • Insights Generation : Ability to analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine future campaigns.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs data, databases and GDPR.
  • Knowledge of SQL and HTML.
  • Well-organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
