Manage, optimize, and support the CRM (Service Max / Sales Force) platform for the Diagnostics area, to strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, institutional clients, and distributors.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will manage and maintain the Sales Force Service Max CRM platform.
• You will coordinate requirements gathering with sales, access, marketing, and technical support departments.
• You will support workflows and reports for tracking interactions, medical visits, and technical support activities.
• You will support regulatory compliance and quality management.
• You will assist in obtaining KPIs.
• You will train technical and sales support teams in the use of the CRM.
• You will work in collaboration with IT and other digital areas to integrate the CRM with platforms.
• You will optimize CRM functions.
