Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platformManaging cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools providedCore Skills / experience :
