TP is looking for Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with Spanish
Purpose of the role :
We are seeking experts to serve as ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, aligning with our Client reputation and status.
The role involves providing comprehensive support (pre-sales and aftersales) across all our brands, including physical stores and e-commerce, along with basic technical troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Requirements :
- Fluent spoken and written communication in Catalan and Spanish
- B2 level of English
- Strong listening and understanding skills
- Empathy and customer focus
- Problem-solving and technical learning abilities
