Our client, a high-growth cleantech company, is looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across the Spanish market. Based in Barcelona , this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Southern European operations while contributing to the clean energy transition.

Drive new business with key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem : installers, distributors, and mobility partners.
Manage and convert a dynamic B2B pipeline into long-term partnerships.
Deliver revenue targets across EV hardware and subscription-based software services.
Market Development & Strategic Relationships
Build strong relationships with Spanish installers, wholesalers, and local partners.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Proven background in sales or business development, ideally in the EV, clean energy, or tech sector.
Strong experience managing commercial pipelines and meeting revenue goals.
Spanish speaker (native) with strong English proficiency.
Based in or near Barcelona , with flexibility for hybrid working.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.
Experience working with installer networks or distribution channels in Spain.
Hybrid working with a central Barcelona office presence.
