Customer Service Agent - English (Night Shift)

INFO : The Schedule for the nightshift position is 00 : 00 am to 8 : 00 am (5 days / week) with 30 minutes of break.

You will be expected to :

• Customer Service by phone email or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. All three are essential for resolving any incidents that arise on a daily basis.
• Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and highquality communication with clients
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• As the resolutions of incidents are not constant parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed.
• Work schedule : 00 : 00 am 8 : 00 am with 30 minute break
