Commercial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Commercial Strategy Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and executing on our most critical strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with our founders and executive team to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive growth and revenue. This includes developing segmentation, ICP definition, pricing strategy, and channel mix. You will also own the GTM experimentation backlog, design hypotheses, run A / B tests, analyze results, and apply learnings.

In addition, you will formalize playbooks (qualification criteria, value-based proposals, pilot-to-roll-out paths) that scale across geographies and verticals. You will personally originate, negotiate, and close high-value contracts in robotics and industrial automation. You will build reference customers, ensuring conversion to production roll-outs with strong ARR.

You will maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast with precision. You will partner with Product, Deployment Ops, and Customer Success to guarantee frictionless hand-offs from sale to implementation. You will feed structured market intelligence back into Engineering and Product Management for roadmap prioritization.

You will establish knowledge-sharing frameworks so every customer interaction compounds our learning. You will model a bias-to-action, experiment-driven mindset, celebrating learnings as much as wins. You will hire, mentor, and level-up future GTM teammates while fostering humility and high ownership.
