As a seasoned Brand Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction of our iconic brands. This exciting role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development. They will be responsible for developing and executing long-term and short-term brand strategies, launching new products, and optimizing existing portfolios to meet market demands.
This is a collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, with a focus on ensuring brand consistency and driving sales performance. Fluency in both French and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Planning : Developed and executed long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Product & Portfolio Management : Led the management of the product portfolio, including launching new products, optimizing existing ones, and redesigning packaging.
- Sales Performance : Proactively monitored sales performance, working with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth.
- Product Briefings & Launches : Created and managed product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation.
- Collaboration & Communication : Coordinated with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs.
- Market Research & Insights : Supported qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gather insights on market trends and brand performance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications :
Education : University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Marketing Knowledge : Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development.Project Management : Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Industry Affinity : Interest in toy industry, with knowledge of the market being a plus.Language Skills : Fluent in both French and English.
