We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.
The Role :
- The role delivers analytical support for the revenue organization, with a strong focus on reporting and generating actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- You will work with a revenue team of over 400 people (and growing) and cross-functionally with other teams. The role provides a lot of exposure to senior leaders in the Revenue Org and requires a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and collaborative. You are fearless to drive solutions and resolve problems which have yet to be uncovered in a fast-paced environment focused on high impact performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Use data to prepare performance updates, solve problems and identify opportunities for business improvement, leveraging Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.Address inbound reporting requests from the sales team.Drive new change initiatives such as implementing new reporting and revenue forecasting tools and methodologies.Support strategic initiatives within the Revenue org with analysis and modeling.Qualifications :
3 years experience in Revenue / Sales Operations or Analytics.Strong analytical skills with a highly developed attention to detail.Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google slides or excel) and confident using slides to present data in a convincing way to senior stakeholders.Experience with Salesforce preferred. Ability to build dashboards is a plus (we primarily use Salesforce and Looker).Good communication and stakeholder management.Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience collaborating with Sales in a B2B environment.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Bachelors in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent preferred.Benefits :
