Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity to drive operational excellence? As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from point-of-sale confirmation to final delivery.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage project teams, oversee operational processes, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and external suppliers to achieve project goals related to time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in operations management, preferably within a multiservice agency or B2B environment. Your experience should include managing complex projects and processes, as well as proficiency in using project management ERPs such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and outstanding leadership and management abilities. You should be proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative team player attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management. A master's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Allocation : Coordinate the assignment of projects to teams, PM's and SMEs, managing workloads, specialties, suppliers, etc.
- Team Mentorship and Development : Support, mentor, and motivate Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their skills.
- Operational Management : Oversee and control the information and task completion in project management tools like ClickUp, creating a suitable scorecard ensuring the tracking of key KPIs (timelines, billing, expenses, margins, quality, client satisfaction, etc.).
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
- Reporting : Maintain clear communication with the Project Directors / KA, providing regular updates on project status, priorities, capabilities and client satisfaction.
Requirements
