To coordinate all maintenance programs, plans, policies, procedures, and practices in the plant to assure production plans, security, safety, and all legal requirements.
This position is responsible for managing the overall maintenance of the company. It has the responsibility to ensure the plan preventive and predictive maintenance of all company facilities (productive and non-productive), ensuring proper operation and trying to get the absence of unplanned downtime. The head of maintenance depends on the plant manager.
Functions :
- Define and plan maintenance policy, with the aim of improving the preventive model and establishing operational maintenance methodologies rationally.
- Ensure the correct operation of work equipment and facilities of the company.
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance of production lines, ensuring their operation.
- Create and maintain updated manuals for preventive and predictive maintenance, checking maintenance.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the maintenance team.
- Coordinate processes with the production manager and other departments to design and implement maintenance plans for each department.
- Coordinate with the head of risk prevention to ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities maintenance to prevent accidents.
- Control the department budget.
- Propose, study, and track company investments.
- Contribute to the evolution of plant organization and technological means to improve overall plant performance.
- Improve process and product performance and quality according to plant standards.
- Supervise overall system performance, defining and implementing preventive and routine maintenance plans with a view to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Requisitos :
Minimum Education : Technical Engineer – Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical
Minimum Experience : More than 5 years
