Project Analyst - Operational Excellence

Unilabs, a leader in diagnostic services across Europe, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our Operational Excellence initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of our diagnostic services throughout the organisation.

As a Project Analyst, you will analyze laboratory diagnostics operations, logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimized solutions. You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data, providing insights that drive strategic decisions, and helping to streamline logistics operations to enhance overall service delivery. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will contribute significantly to the success of our logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor project risks, budgets, and progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Support route optimization initiatives by analyzing parameters such as visit frequency and trip duration
Assist in data collection and processing for KPI dashboards (cost, service)
Design and support dashboards related to logistics quality KPIs (e.g., customer complaints, delays)
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and support solution design
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement
Analyze logistics and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Work with project managers and teams to identify requirements and support operational projects
Participate in meetings and workshops to align logistics initiatives
Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decisions

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

1-3 years of experience in project analysis or logistics / supply chain analysis

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in process mapping and flow charting

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience in logistics or healthcare industry is a plus but not required
