We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April / May 2025!

- Be the first point of contact for your hotel's portfolio.
- Follow up daily on sales and allotments.
- Negotiate new offers with hotel partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize offer visibility.
- Monitor competitors to maintain portfolio competitiveness.
- Create action plans to boost sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
- Ensure attractive and creative offers for customers.
- Report directly to the Area Manager.
Does This Sound Like You?
Languages : Italian (native or fluent) + high level of English.At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.Strong account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.Target-driven and analytical mindset.Stress-resistant and capable of multitasking.Previous tourism experience is a plus, but all sectors are welcome!Hybrid work model : 3 days in the office, 2 remote, plus 10 home office days per year (work from anywhere in Europe within 1-hour time difference).
