At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. The selected person will perform the following tasks : - Responsibility Offline Technical support. - Daily Technical support to Service Center. - Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases. - Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement. - Technical onsite visit in ASC. - Technical Support Call Center. - Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ. - Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team. - Technical and product training. - Technical and repair training to ASC. - Product training to ASC and Call Center. - Product VOC monitoring and reporting. - Good Excel skills (i.e. : vlookup, pivot table, etc.) - Good technical skills and interest in Consumer electronics products. - Preferably having experience in Technical support, Service or Training businesses.
