Technical Support Specialist

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. The selected person will perform the following tasks :

• Responsibility Offline Technical support.
• Daily Technical support to Service Center.
• Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases.
• Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Technical onsite visit in ASC.
• Technical Support Call Center.
• Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ.
• Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team.
• Technical and product training.
• Technical and repair training to ASC.
• Product training to ASC and Call Center.
• Product VOC monitoring and reporting.
• Good Excel skills (i.e. : vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
• Good technical skills and interest in Consumer electronics products.
• Preferably having experience in Technical support, Service or Training businesses.
