InvGate is a SaaS company that develops 3 different IT management and automation products. We have clients in over 50 countries, and sales offices in Chile, Mexico, and the US. We are a fresh, young company, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We are looking for a Bilingual or Trilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team. Some of the responsibilities of the role include :

  • Providing technical and functional support to clients all over the world through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer / zoom / etc).
  • Checking clients' configurations and suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
  • Working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.

  • Think analytically.
  • Have strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have previous experience in technical support for software and / or infrastructure.
  • Are tech-savvy.
  • Previous experience using our Invgate Service Desk and Invgate Assets Management tools is a big PLUS.
