(Senior) Business Process Consultant

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who is passionate about technology, sustainability, and making a real-world impact.

What you will be doing to make a difference :

• Partner with clients to review and improve their scheduling and business processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement our software in a cloud-based environment
• Configure market packages and lead deployment initiatives
• Stay up to date with market developments in the European power and gas sectors
• Analyse and document changes in logistics markets across Europe
• Contribute to solution design for new markets and help adapt to evolving regulations
• Create technical specifications for our development teams
• Plan and facilitate client workshops, training, and presentations
• Mentor colleagues and share your expertise with the wider team
