They are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead the day-to-day management of the Spanish office. This pivotal role suits someone with a background in compliance or operations within boutique financial services environments.

• Oversee all operational and compliance functions for the Spanish office.
• Act as the main point of contact for regulatory reporting, including communication with the CNMV.
• E nsure adherence to internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain company registrations and manage documentation processes.
• Conduct background checks and support onboarding procedures.
• Report regularly to the senior leadership team.
