Resort Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Resort Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our resort, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of professionals in managing all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and technical departments.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experience and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Requirements :
Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in hospitality.Several years of professional experience in various departments of the industry, especially at the front desk and in gastronomy.Excellent German, Spanish, and English language skills, both written and spoken. French is a plus.Proficiency in standard IT programs, such as MS Office or Google Suite.Benefits :
