Resort Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Resort Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our resort, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of professionals in managing all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and technical departments.- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experience and resolve any issues promptly.- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.Requirements :
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in hospitality.- Several years of professional experience in various departments of the industry, especially at the front desk and in gastronomy.- Excellent German, Spanish, and English language skills, both written and spoken. French is a plus.- Proficiency in standard IT programs, such as MS Office or Google Suite.Benefits :
