Investment Management Operations Manager

Scopely is looking for a Head of Product to help drive the vision of one of our leading game franchises, Stumble Guys ! Working closely with our SVP of Product in Barcelona, you will help to drive the entire roadmap lifecycle from vision and strategy through the initial design phases and into live-game optimisation. Combining product thinking, a deep understanding of our players, analytically driven insights, creative vision, and executional excellence, this will be an opportunity to influence the future of social and mobile gaming!

• Help define the long-term vision of the game and set strategies to achieve that vision.
• Responsible for creating a feature roadmap that drives business results aligned with the game’s vision.
• Ensure designs meet business goals, player needs, and align with market trends.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of experienced Product Managers managing the game's feature set. Support the team with innovative and meaningful product challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in Product Management practices, team health, processes, and methodologies.
• Proven experience leading Product teams and / or Game Designers in social or mobile F2P games, preferably with live games featuring social, PvP, or multiplayer elements.
• Ability to balance the needs of technology, business, and player experience effectively.
• Thrive in a live service game environment, making changes with an engaged community.
• Strategic Vision : Envision an industry-leading future for the game, articulate this vision, and deploy tactics to realize it.
• Project Management : Deploy resources effectively, understand tradeoffs, anticipate and mitigate risks, manage expectations, and maintain high-quality results.
• Leadership : Inspire and engage team members to deliver high-quality products.
