Now were looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to join Leroy Merlin Spain and play a key role in growing and supporting our sellers boosting performance and shaping the future of online home retail.

Who You Are
Were looking for a proactive curious and resultsdriven team player whos ready to make an impact. Youll thrive in this role if you have :
13 years of experience in consulting ecommerce retail or FMCG
A strong commercial mindset and sharp analytical skills
Great communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
A handson attitude and a drive to learn and grow
High ownership : youre organized focused and goaloriented
Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written
A degree in Business Engineering or a related field
Bonus : experience with marketplaces or ecommerce platforms
Your Mission

Build strong relationships and act as their trusted advisor.
Boost performance using tools like ads promos and content optimization.

As a Marketplace Account Manager youll play a key role in helping our sellers grow and succeed. Your mission : drive performance build strong relationships and make sure every account thrives.

Own a Portfolio : Take full responsibility for a group of sellers support guide and grow their businesses on our platform.
Drive Growth : Boost performance through smart use of marketplace levers promotions ads product visibility inventory optimization and more.
Be a Strategic Partner : Understand each sellers goals and create tailored plans to help them reach their full potential.
Analyze & Act : Use data to track sales traffic and conversion rates and turn insights into actions.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Marketing Ops and Customer Support to deliver impactful results.
Build Trust : Create longterm relationships based on trust transparency and real value.
Maximize Retention : Anticipate needs solve problems early and keep sellers engaged and growing.
Report & Recommend : Provide clear actionable performance reports to internal teams and clients.
