Now, we’re looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to join Leroy Merlin Spain and play a key role in growing and supporting our sellers, boosting performance, and shaping the future of online home retail.

  • You will create your own network of supplier partner portfolios that will be incorporated into the Marketplace.
  • You will be able to work in hybrid mode (two days per week).
  • You will further connect with your team through team buildings at national and international level.

MISSION

  • Prospect the market to identify, prioritise and manage a sales pipeline, lead negotiations and recruit high potential sellers in the Marketplace.
  • Establish strong relationships with new sellers and provide them with data-driven insights and solid service to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace.
  • Monitor and analyse seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, profitability and operational performance.
  • Coordinate and manage projects across the organisation (IT, Retail, Stores, Finance, etc.) and communicate with internal and external parties, meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve our offering and stay ahead of the competition.
  • WHO YOU ARE / YOUR PROFILE

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG or retail.
  • Commercial and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal and relational skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Highly organised and results-oriented with a high degree of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce sector and Marketplace platforms is highly valued .
