is a Real Estate Investment Manager based in Madrid, with a current portfolio valued at 150M€. Iroko Iberia invests in and manages hotels, retail and logistics properties on behalf of various investors. Both companies are aiming to develop their existing French venture into Spain!
Position Overview : Working alongside the development team, you will play a key role in the group's strategic international expansion in the Spanish market. Your mission will be to identify, analyze, and source opportunities for the acquisition (buildings and funds) of hotels in city centers, with a minimum potential of €2 million in stabilized revenue, in Spanish cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze the Spanish hotel market to identify establishments that match our positioning
Evaluate the profitability and potential of hotels (operational business and real estate) according to ALFRED HOTELS criteria
Contact hotel owners and follow up on prospects
Actively participate in negotiations until offers are finalized
Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers specializing in the hotel industry
Work with them to identify strategic opportunities tailor made for the strategy of the venture
Conduct market analyses, financial modeling, and acquisition recommendations
Write clear and well-argued investment notes to inform decision-making
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or Hotel Management
Strong capacity of analysis, rigorous and financial modeling skills
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel development strategies and investment criteria
Business development, negotiation, investor / owner relations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
Frequent travel – Driving license would be needed
Office located in Madrid
