We’re looking for an experienced

Business Analyst

who excels in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and driving transformation initiatives within banking environments. If you enjoy solving business challenges, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to impactful process improvements, this role is for you.

Role Highlights :

Lead

As-Is process mapping

, gap analysis, and define target-state processes

• Conduct

customer interviews

, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions

• Collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the

SDLC

• Support initiatives involving

agentic processes and AI-driven solutions

• Contribute to high-impact transformation programs in a global banking setup

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a

Senior Business Analyst

• Strong background in

process mapping

and

process definition

• Experience with

requirements elicitation

and stakeholder engagement

• Must have

banking domain

experience

• Good understanding of

Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Familiarity with

agentic workflows

and

AI concepts

Fluent Spanish (B2–C1)

and good English

Nice to Have :

• Experience working on digital transformation or automation initiatives
• Exposure to risk, compliance, or governance projects
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or process modelling tools
• Understanding of data workflows or dashboards (KPI / KRI)
