Senior Product Designer

Overview

A German speaking Product Designer is needed for a contract with a leading Payroll & HR Software Company in Barcelona.

You’ll join a global leading B2B software company at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented teams in the UK, Spain, and the US.

Day Rate : 400-€450 / day

Location : Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Start Date : ASAP

Contract : 6 months (Potential for extension)

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in overhauling a complex legacy platform used in Germany. Your focus will be on elevating usability, driving design consistency, and ensuring a seamless user experience across markets. This is a key position in a long-term global initiative to modernise a mission-critical system.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery through to delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Germany
• Advocate for user needs and push forward UX and interface enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
