Finance Director – Southern Europe

Overview

The Finance Director for Southern Europe is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across all countries in the region (e.G., Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Andorra). The role ensures financial integrity, drives performance, leads budgeting and forecasting processes, resource allocation and partners with local and regional leadership to support sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance.

Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Strategic partner in the cluster executive team, driving financial decision-making aligned with corporate objectives.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business expansion, profitability, and risk mitigation across the cluster.
• Drive a value creation mindset in all we do – growth, margins, effectiveness and efficiency of our spend.
• Business transformation to a model that enables standardisation and scaled services across the value chain for S4 Hana implementation.
