We are currently looking for a

Junior Contract Management Officer

to join our International Organisations team in Alicante.

Main responsibilities
Contract management
Collecting and recording work ordering requests
Collecting proposals
Carrying out quality review
Submitting contracts
Daily contact with consultants, customers, partners and external stakeholders
Collecting, recording and processing contractual and performance

We look for
Bachelor degree in

Business administration, Accountancy, Communication

or a related field.
Fluent in

English
+1 year of experience in administrative tasks, procurement

and/or

interaction with customers

and suppliers.
Good command of

Office tools

(especially Excel and Outlook).
Motivated, willing to learn, flexible and open-minded. Also reliable, responsible and positive team player
