As a business analyst , you will work in our card team, transform business ideas into explicit user stories, guide them through their implementation, and validate them to provide our clients with digital products. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of card functional design, be proactive, and be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, including customer communication and employee training.
What you'll be doing
- Communicate with business and technology stakeholders and identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies
- Elicitation of requirements (collect, analyse and document requirements)
- Functionality design (including modelling of business processes, interface prototypes, and design of integration solution)
- Analyse partner APIs and build schemes for integration via API
- Support your team members in problem‑solving activities to remove blockers and complete agreed‑upon work
- Engage in and facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, planning, prioritisation, story kick‑offs, etc.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Experience with either card processing system
What You’ll Bring To
3+ years of professional experience in the field of business / system analysisExperience in transaction processing architecture and card issuing product design of information systemsExperience in delivering customer‑focused card productsKnowledge of processing software methodologyAbility to gather and analyse requirements from English‑speaking customers, with solid communication skills in EnglishSharp analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsNice‑to‑Have
