All this encourages us to learn and grow as individuals, and unite as a team to build innovative digital experiences that touch people’s lives.Responsibilities : - Delivery of Front end elements of Adobe Experience Manager and Digital platform implementation- Following client design standards and guidelines- Demonstrates strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects- Test Driven Development and Delivery with high quality standards as per organisations quality benchmark- Accountability for the assigned tasks with proper documentation of Unit Testing evidences in the tracker tools (JIRA) ensuring Definition of Done (DOD) is metDesired Skills and Experience- Deep knowledge of modern client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (4-5 years)- Experienced in AEM and Digital platform delivery- Experience with common JavaScript patterns and best-practices to create robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications- Experience in making the web accessible for all devices and assistive technologies for the physically impaired- Solid understanding of web responsive design : mobile-first and desktop-first strategies, and media handling- Experience working with common Frontend build tools (Webpack, postCSS, Babel, etc.)- Comfortable working with Version Control- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.- Meticulous in design and code quality- Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment- Collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset- High level of written and verbal communication abilities in English- Proactive team player with strong analytical skills for issue resolution- On-site work from our Madrid office is required 3 days per weekWhat makes us smile when looking at your profile- Experience with functional / automated testing- Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA- A keen interest to learn new technologies and frameworks within the front end development ecosystem- If you have a Github
