We are looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Digital Services team. Your responsibility will be for local market engagement, leading the regional digital squad and driving the successful delivery of consulting and advisory services within their respective market.

In addition to consulting and delivery leadership, the role requires strong business acumen to develop and grow a sustainable pipeline, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives.

Role

We are looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Digital Services team. Your responsibility will be for local market engagement, leading the regional digital squad and driving the successful delivery of consulting and advisory services within their respective market.

In addition to consulting and delivery leadership, the role requires strong business acumen to develop and grow a sustainable pipeline, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, lead, mentor, and manage the local consulting squad.
  • Coordinate with the Global Squad to ensure continuous alignment avoiding duplication and reinventing the wheel.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and client satisfaction in all engagements.
  • Build and foster a high-performance team culture focused on outcomes and client impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Lead discovery and advisory sessions to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders (business and IT).
  • Drive the development of a sustainable commercial pipeline in the region.
